These are the general conditions of sale that apply to all reservations and transactions made in our Maison Rebleuthof, with the apartments Dolder, Rebleutstub and Rebberg. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these conditions:

Reservation
By making a reservation on our website, the customer accepts the following general conditions. To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal contact details, dates you wish to stay, number of guests, etc. Your reservation is only confirmed when you have received a confirmation email from us. Arrival and departure
Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times set by the property to allow for cleaning and preparation of rooms for the next guests.
Check-in policy: Room is available from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. unless early check-in is available.
Check-out policy: Room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. unless late check-out is available (additional fees may apply).

Pricing and Payments
Payment for your stay is made according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount of the reservation, any service charges and applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and date change conditions vary depending on the type of reservation and the rate selected.

Guest Responsibilities Guests must adhere to property rules and policies during their stay. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the customer.
Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

Responsibility for hosting
We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident beyond our control. If any problems or complaints arise during your stay, we ask that you notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to resolve the situation.

Hours of silence
From a certain time, after 10:00 p.m., guests are asked to maintain silence so as not to disturb other guests who wish to rest.

In order to guarantee the tranquility of customers and compliance with the rules of coexistence, no parties or noisy events can be organized on the premises.

Respect for the property and other guests
Guests must respect common and private property, as well as other guests staying at the property.

Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required on the day of your check-in to protect us against any damage or loss that may occur during your stay.
Deposit amount: The deposit amount is €350.
Refundable Deposit: The deposit will be returned after checking that everything is in order, usually within 1-2 days after departure.

Processing refunds
Full refunds will be given for reservation cancellations within 24 hours.

Partial stays
No refunds will be given for early departures or unused nights unless otherwise stated in the reservation.

Unforeseen circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), cancellation policies may be adjusted at the discretion of the hotel management.

Communication
Customers will be informed promptly of any changes to cancellation conditions due to force majeure events.

Pet Policy We do not welcome pets.

Non-smoking policy Non-smoking policy: Maison Rebleutof is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas.
Designated Smoking Areas: Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke. Guests who violate the smoking policy may be subject to additional cleaning and deodorization fees.
